Law 15 - The Throw-in

Prior to taking a throw-in:

Did you know?

If an opponent jumps up in front of the player taking the throw-in, he should be cautioned for unsporting behaviour.

A foul throw would be awarded against a player who does not take a throw-in from the point at which the ball passed over the touch line.
